- The building measures approximately 55 meters in length, 35 meters in width, and 21 meters in height.
- The cultural center has several performance spaces, including a large concert hall that can accommodate up to 1,040 people, a 600-seat theater, and a 200-seat conference room. There is also an art gallery, a café-restaurant, and a terrace offering a panoramic view of the city.
